Mana Equities was founded as a real estate investment firm, whose founders have over 20 years experience investing in and managing multifamily, mixed use and commercial properties.
Our Focus
While we continue to focus on our historical core competencies of multifamily, mixed use and commercial properties, we have expanded into development , retail and self storage facilities in markets nationwide.

Manas started in NYC multifamily, primarily in Brooklyn and Queens, including rent stabilized buildings, with over 20 years of experience in this space.
Self Storage
We are now heavily focused on continuing to grow our self storage portfolio in various regions throughout the US.
Retail & Mixed Use
Our portfolio also includes value-add properties in the mixed-use and retail space.
